JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 585 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he brutally assaulted the informant by iron rod. The informant sustained altogether three injuries on his person though simple in nature Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioenr, accordingly, his prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8330 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 585 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur stands rejected.

However, at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U
