In so far as the Relief No. 2 sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is concerned, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the Executive Engineer, Central Building Division, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 5) by way of a representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.3659 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 dated 26.11.2024 (Annexure P/6), the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to consider the said representation dated 26.11.2024 strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
