The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner rather the specific allegation of cutting the neck of son of the informant is attributed to co-accused Nandu Yadav.
