Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354(B), 354(D) of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that when the informant was cutting grass, this petitioner tried to outrage her modesty when on alarm being raised the petitioner fled away. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled when no medication examination of the victim was done.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

No.7671 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 584 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
