The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is discrimination in the matter of inter division transfer.

Learned counsel with reference to Annexure-5 would submit that similarly circumstanced other cases was considered by General Administration Department, Bihar vide letter no. 5472 dated 4.5.2018 but in the case of the petitioner there is no such decision till date despite recommendation on 22.12.2017.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22939 of 2018(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take final decision on the request of the petitioner for inter division transfer i.e. transfer from Saharsa to Jehanabad in accordance with law, if not already taken, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
