1. Mr. Rohit Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to challenge the order passed by the learned Collector, Banka dated 19.09.2023 in Appeal No. 141 / 2016-17 before the Divisional Commissioner under Section 9(7)(a) of the Bihar Land Mutation
Patna High Court CWJC No.3444 of 2024(3) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 Act, 2011.
2. Permission is granted.
3. The application dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. It is made clear that if revision application is filed before the Divisional Commissioner within a period of thirty days from today alongwith condonation of delay petition, the same shall be considered on its merit and the Divisional Commissioner shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned within a period of four months from the date of the filing of the revision application.
