It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 09.08.2016 (annexure 8 of the writ petition) to the Secretary/Chairman, District Board Secondary Teachers Employment Unit, Samastipur (respondent no.6) claiming validity of his matriculation certificate from Hindi Vidyapeeth, Deoghar. It is submitted that a direction may be given so that the representation may be disposed of.

In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for
