The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Misc Case No 82 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 30 (a), 30 (d) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. As per written report, 2 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is mentioned in paragraph 3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is said to be in custody since 11.03.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19987 of 2017 (3) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additioonal Sessions Judge II -cum- Special Judge, Saharsa in connection with Misc Case No 82 of 2017 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relatives of the petitioner.
