Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed their representation before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara for redressal of their grievances which is still pending.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners which is annexed as "Annexure II Series" to this writ petition, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

If the petitioners are aggrieved by the order of the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, then, they can move before the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (in short "LAARA") for redressal of their grievances.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6696 of 2021(2) dt.25-11-2022 2/2 In case the petitioners move before the LAARA by filing an application, it is expected that LAARA shall decide their claim within six months from the date of filing of the application.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
