This is an application for bail in connection with Patepur P.S.Case No. 129 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. In this case a report has been called for regarding stage of trial and from the report it appears that in this case evidence of prosecution has already been closed and the case was fixed for statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. on 7.4.2017.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Needless to say that petitioner has to co-operate in trial, so that the trial is concluded at the earliest. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
