The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 1008 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 63, 65 of Copy Right Act, Sections 101, 102, 103, 104 and 115(4) of Trade Mark Act.

It is alleged in the written report that the informant who claims himself as Investigating Officer, having Power of Attorney of Castrol Company, during inspection, found that duplicate mobile of Castrol Company is being sold in the shop of the petitioner in the name and style M/s. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S.
