Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.9943 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that except Mithilesh Rajak allegation against all the other accused persons that they have used fists and slaps in the scuffle. Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault by fists and slaps and not by any weapon, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XI, Bhagalpur, in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
