2. In view of the materials on record, the Court is not persuaded to pursue the matter any further and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

3. As the Court has not specifically unsuited the petitioner for some of the reliefs, which are claimed in the present writ petition which has been disposed off, on prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and not opposed by learned counsel for the Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, the petitioner shall be at liberty

Patna High Court CWJC No.3079 of 2016 dt.09-02-2018 2/2 to file a detailed representation, along with supporting materials, before the Registrar of the University raising his grievance. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order keeping in mind the fact that the petitioner may not be given a different treatment to what others similarly situated have been given by the University. The order be passed within four weeks from the filing of the representation. If it transpires that any amount is payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within four weeks from the passing of the order.
