The petitioner seeks bail in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 174/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 35 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioner falsely produced country-made pistol and cartridges said to have been recovered from Vikash Pandit and Ranjan Pandit, but during the course of investigation, it transpired that in fact, the petitioner himself produced arms and ammunitions in order to implicate both Vikash Pandit and Ranjan Pandit. The petitioner is in jail since 27.12.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12402 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 174/2016.
