JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2022 The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for grant of permission to the petitioner to start Skill Development Centre, after completing the formalities on the premises / location on which the respondents have already given permission. The Respondents have filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that for the purposes of setting up a Kushal Yuva Centre, the Bihar Skill Development Mission has prescribed the
Patna High Court CWJC No.22816 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/3 essential criterias, as has been mentioned in paragraph no. 2 of the counter affidavit, filed by the respondents. It has also been submitted in the said counter affidavit, filed by the Respondents that the petitioner along with 36 other applicants had produced proof, by submitting original invoices regarding purchase of computers etc., after completion of the registration process, nonetheless, the Bihar Skill Development Mission had taken a decision that no new centre could be opened within a radius of 2 K.M. of any existing centre, if the new centre is situated in rural area and within a radius of 1 K.M., if the existing center is situated in an urban area.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.
