JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the undertaking given by the petitioner to this Court, he has paid the entire amount as agreed upon.
The learned counsel for the informant does not dispute the said position. The learned counsel for the informant submits that she has instructions to make submissions that the informant will withdraw all the criminal cases filed against the petitioner and other accused persons within two weeks from today.
Further, it has also been submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that the informant will also seek
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12026 of 2022(8) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 divorce by mutual consent to which the learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area P. S. Case No.182 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The application stands allowed.
