In this case, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 4.7.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Sadar at Motihari in connection with Trial No. 1416 of 2015 arising out of Sugauli P.S. Case No. 288 of 2014 by which cognizance has been taken for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 447, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court does not find any merit in the present application.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points at the time of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9321 of 2016 (3) dt.11-08-2016 framing of charge.
