The petitioner seeks bail in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 201, 286, 385 and 419 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner got burn injuries due to explosion of crackers. The petitioner got simple injuries. The petitioner is a student and he is residing in new hostel.

Considering the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 06.02.2017 and he has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21112 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017.
