This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Risiup P.S. Case No. 93 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The petitioner is the registered owner of the Apache motorcycle, from which illicit liquor has been recovered, which was being used by her husband, who has been arrested by the police. The petitioner is a young lady. Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
