Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 120 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 379, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named in FIR only on the basis of land dispute and village politics and there is nothing relevant in the entire case diary to connect the petitioner with the crime as alleged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14448 of 2023(2) dt.25-05-2023 2/2 the petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2022. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 120 of 2022.
