2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. Case N o. 831 of 2023 arising out of Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the order giver and Narendra Pathak is the assailant of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 05.06.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15331 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with S.Tr.
