2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 252 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide orders dated 07.11.2023 and 21.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71491 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 35744 of 2024 respectively.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 26.05.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10933 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st cum-A.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 252 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Mufassil Police Station, District- Begusarai on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
