The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.10 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356 & 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused of committing theft of a mobile.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, his period of custody which is from 10.01.2024 and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
