Petitioner has filed the present petition for the following reliefs:

a. To lodge F.I.R. in relation to misappropriation of fund, fund sent by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4851 of 2019(6) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 making payment to the examiners with respect to Intermediate Science Examination 2016 to the Government Boys Senior Secondary School, Rejendra Nagar, Patna, as it was one of the centre for examining/evaluating the answer sheets for Intermediate Science Examination 2016.

b. To direct the respondents to constitute Special Investigation Team (S.I.T.) to investigate into the matter as the matter relates to misappropriation of public money."

From the response filed by the State it is seen that Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.81 of 2019, dated 19.03.2019, stands already registered pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, subject matter of the present petition.
