The petitioner seeks bail in Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 836 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 458 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report it is alleged that petitioner has been apprehended on the spot by informant but there is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. He further submits that informant and petitioner are neighbours. Petitioner has been implicated in the instant case on account of land dispute as well as village politics.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2018 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.
