Petitioners apprehend their arrest in I.F. Case No.138 of 2018, registered under Sections 33 and 41 of the Indian Forest Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S. Case No.504 of 2018 was registered under Sections 353, 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code for carrying wood logs on a tractor. Petitioners are own brothers and they are owner of the tractor. Baliram Choudhary had hired the tractor for carrying some articles but it was Baliram Choudhary who was carrying wood logs and the forest officials intercepted the tractor.

No.11698 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with I.F. Case No.138 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
