The petitioner seeks bail in Panapur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-307, 353, 272, 273 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section-30(a) of New Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that total 15 litres spirit has been recovered from the hut of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 1002-2017. In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14733 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIV, Saran, Chapra subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
