From a reading of the order under challenge it is evident that the petitioner did not produce any of the documents in support of his claim. Why it was not done, it is for the petitioner to explain. Bringing certain materials on record in the writ application may not suffice. Those documents and authenticity thereof will have to be examined by the authorities, who are will versed with such issues. Petitioner still has a forum and
