JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that altercation took place between the sister of the petitioner and her husband and on account of such altercation, the husband of the sister of the petitioner consumed poison. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 21st November, 2016 and she is lady. There is no any specific overt act alleged against her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak
