This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Nawada Mahila Police Station Case No. 11 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 315, 420, 376, 506, 409, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are mother and brother and prima facie, the allegation against them seems to be false, and the same, this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.
