After having perused the materials and the averments, the writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Enquiry Officer that taking into consideration the nature of the charge and allegation made against the petitioner, the enquiry should be concluded within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

2. Annexure-K brought on record with the supplementary counter affidavit should be treated as service of charge-sheet upon the petitioner.

3. If the enquiry is not concluded within the time-frame indicated above, and for the reasons not attributable to the petitioner, then he may approach the Court again for appropriate direction and orders.
