ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 10-02-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the University appeared. Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ application major grievances of petitioner has been settled. He further submits that petitioner may be granted liberty to file fresh representation in case it has been found that some of his grievances has not been settled.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22496 of 2018(3) dt.10-02-2023 2/2 In this view of the matter, this writ application is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner that he may file fresh representation in case it has been found that some of his grievance has not been settled and the respondent authority shall pass order within 8 weeks from the date of receiving of representation.
