BAJANTHRI) Date : 30-11-2022 In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "1. That this application is directed for the issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus / any other appropriate writ / order / direction commanding the respondents concerned to pay the compensation of Rs. 15 Lacs to the petitioner whereby and whereunder negligence of work of the respondents concerned, petitioner has lost her husband during the broken the stick (Datun) of neem tree for daily work in behind of his house

Patna High Court CWJC No.6807 of 2021 dt.30-11-2022 2/2 due to naked electric wire of the Bihar State Electric Board has very down and thus the husband of the petitioner died due to current of the aforesaid naked wire."

The concerned authorities/respondent has failed to pass any order on the petitioner's claim read with the application at Annexure-A-4 dated 14.09.2018. On the other hand, in the counter affidavit respondents have taken stand that the very claim of the petitioner is alleged to be false. In this regard, no decision has been taken, in writing, in other words no speaking order has been passed as to how the petitioner's claim is false or fake. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass a detail order as to how the petitioner's claim is fake or false such a decision shall be taken in passing speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order & communicate the order to the petitioner.
