JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 332, 337, 338, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of road blocking by the accused persons, including the petitioners by putting a dead body on the road. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed against any of them and they are made accused because there is land dispute between them.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12238 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, rather they should surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on itsw own merit, without being prejudiced by this order and, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
