This application for regular bail arises out of C.A. Case No. 813 of 2018, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the complainant, who is in custody since 09.12.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of the complaint case and there is no chance of the petitioner fleeing away from the course of enquiry or trial before the Court below, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaithar in connection with C.A. Case No. 813 of 2018.
