ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 31-07-2024 Without going into merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already approached to the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 2) by way of representation ventilating his grievance, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to consider the said representation strictly in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. The authorities shall put the petitioner as well as the respondent No. 9 on notice and give them opportunity of hearing before passing any orders.
