The petitioner seeks bail in Gwalpara (Arar Outpost) P.S. Case No. 81/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) and 53(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

The petitioner was found in drunken state and about 500ml wine was recovered from possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.10.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
