The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr.No.967/16 arising out of Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.347/16 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it appears from F.I.R. that neither the house was searched by the police party nor petitioner was apprehended at the spot nor any incriminating article has been recovered from her house and she has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion and she is in custody since 17.09.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
