The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 73107 of 2019 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail on completing six months in custody.

The application for bail has been opposed by learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S.
