The petitioners pray for bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
84 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the Toddy shop of the petitioners.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they have been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and are in custody since 21.12.2021. Investigation is complete.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
