JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No.169 of 2018, registered for the offences under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

At the very outset it has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the process under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. has already been exhausted against the petitioner prior to filing of this application which appears from the case diary.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Yet petitioner is at liberty to move before learned court below for grant of bail which will be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13082 of 2019(4) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 considered by the learned court below on its own merits and if possible to be disposed of on the same day.
