2. This application has been filed for restoration of Test Case No.14 of 2018, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the orders dated 18.12.2023 and 01.02.2024, which was eventually complied according to the petitioner.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this petition explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the same is allowed and Test Case No. 14 of 2018 is restored to its original file subject to cost of Rs.1000/- to be deposited by the petitioner in the coffers of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today.
