Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Brisketu Sharan Pandey submits that with regard to the reliefs claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the State Election Commission who may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the other concerned parties, the State Election Commission may be directed to pass a reasoned and speaking

3. The learned counsel appearing for State Election Commission has no objection to this prayer being made by the petitioner.

4. As prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted the liberty to file a detailed representation before the State Election Commission within two weeks from the date of this order and if such a representation is filed the State Election Commission shall dispose of the same after hearing the petitioner and all other concerned parties within four months from the date of receipt of the representation. It is made clear that the decision shall be a reasoned and speaking order.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ application stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation as observed above.

6. All pending interlocutory application, if any shall stand disposed of.
