Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaru P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 341, 323, 498A, 504, 506, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present first information report has been lodged after 38 years of marriage. Petitioner is husband of the informant. Informant has filed a Maintenance case also to put pressure on the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2017.
