2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside the order dated 28.08.2018 passed by the Collector, Siwan in Jamabandi Cancellation Appeal No. 322 of 2017-18 under the provisions of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 by which he has dismissed the appeal preferred by the petitioner and others affirming the order dated 26.08.2017 passed by the Additional Collector, Siwan in Jamabandi Cancellation

Patna High Court CWJC No.22635 of 2018(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 Case No. 20 of 2016-17 and/or to grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioner shall be approaching the appropriate authority against the order in question. However, there has been delay as she was agitating the matter before Patna High Court.

4. The State has no objection to it and contends that the matter was indeed pending for seven years before this Court.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in next four weeks and if such petition along with all the documents is/are filed, the authority shall take into account the fact that the writ petition was filed in the year 2018 and now has been disposed of while taking up the limitation petition.
