The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents for fixing his pay-scale after granting him the benefits of 2nd A.C.P. and fixation of his pay on the recommendation of the 7th Pay Commission Report. A representation to that effect has already been made by the petitioner before the District Panchayat Officer, Patna (Respondent No. 3) but the same has not been responded to / acted upon.

Under the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the District Panchayat

Patna High Court CWJC No.3448 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 Officer, Patna within a period of two weeks from today along with a copy of this order, on receipt of which, the District Panchayat Officer, Patna shall dispose off the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order within a period of three weeks thereafter, keeping in mind that the petitioner is shortly to superannuate.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
