2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 623/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 Arms Act.

3. One countrymade loaded pistol, one live cartridge and one stolen Hero Honda motorcycle has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 20.09.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
