JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

A truck, `27,000/- and mobile were robbed after the driver and cleaner were injected some intoxicant. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of co-accused Rambriksha Kumar and Ranjeev Kumar Singh as the person who provided Scorpio vehicle through which the miscreants committed the offence.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession, there is nothing against the petitioner and other accused on whose confession the name of the petitioner sprang up, has been granted bail.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8471 of 2015 (2) dt.27-02-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Naugachia. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
