JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 30(a), 35, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of huge quantity of liquor from a garden and a Bolero was recovered from which the liquor was unloaded and the petitioner is the owner of the said vehicle.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

No.12939 of 2019(4) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dawath P.S.
