JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, informant and the State.

The petitioner being mother of the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/307/504/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The specific accusation of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and assault is levelled against the husband though it is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner snatched the jewellary of the informant.

Considering the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from

No.13163 of 2015 (2) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 690 of 2014 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
